Hi everyone! Thank you for listening to our podcast. As the new year starts, we are going to be making a few changes to our Patreon program. This change will help balance the benefits we provide to our donors and also to our podcast team, who work tremendously hard to bring you great podcast content.

These changes will be effective on March 1, 2020. The following chart below will explain in detail what these changes will entail, down to each type of episode we produce and how many songs or how long you will be able to hear each of these types of episodes, depending on your level of support, including those who listen to us for free currently.

Most of these changes will affect donors who are in the current “Premium” category and are paying currently $1-9 a month. This tier will continue but a new tier will be created in between to offer continued great benefits, called the “Premium Star” tier and will be for donors who support us $5-9 a month. This includes a BONUS top 10 episode once every other month! There will also be changes related to the number of songs that our free listeners will receive in episodes and access to past episodes. We will also be starting our listener appreciation months, starting in the month April of 2020! This means our highest tier of Patreon episodes will be released to everyone during that month, to enjoy some of the benefits that are exclusive to our Patreon donors. *- Although free and Premium Base listeners can make song requests, they won’t be able to hear their song requests unless they are a Premium Star or Premium Platinum donor because the song requests are placed in the extra’s category in the monthly top 10 episodes and only Premium Star and Premium Platinum donors will have access to those songs.

^- Offer will apply to previous Patreon “Premium” donors who upgrade to the Premium Star or Premium Platinum tiers from March 1, 2020 til the end on June 30, 2020. Previous Patreon “Premium” donors are defined as ones who have joined prior to February 1, 2020. Handwritten note is delivered via letter mail and to donors who provide a mailing address only.

+- Gifts offered to Premium Star donors will vary. After receiving the 9 month donation gift, donors will be able to receive another gift after 18 months of continued donation support and then at 24 months. After receiving the 24 month gift, donors will continue to be offered a gift once every 24 months of continued donation support.

++- Gifts offered to Premium Platinum donors will vary, but donors will be given a selection of gifts to choose from. After receiving the 3 month donation gift, donors will be able to receive another gift after 6 months of continued donation support and then at 12 months. After receiving the 12 month gift, donors will continue to be offered a gift once every 12 months of continued donation support.

Please note: The first bonus top 10 episode will released in the end of April 2020 and will be released once every other month from thereon.
